HFC Universal Passwords

HFC uses one username and password for all systems, including WebAdvisor, HFC Online, HawkMail, GroupWise, network logins and more. If you cannot log in to WebAdvisor, please visit the HFC Universal Password Help page for information about changing or resetting your HFC password.

HFC HawkMail for Students

HawkMail is lifetime email for HFC students, powered by Google. HawkMail is a full-featured Google account, providing integrated support for Google services using your HFC username and password. Click here to learn more about your HawkMail account.

Henry Ford College Information Technology Services is located on the second floor of the Administrative Services Conference Center at the southeast corner of the main campus.

Before You Call For Help

Please review the Password Overview page before calling about system login issues. These pages contain self-service tips can can help you access the system without a phone call. If you do have to call for password help, please be sure to have access to a computer or mobile device when calling.

  • For assistance with HFC Online, please contact your instructor or contact the Instructional Technology Department at 313.845.9663 or moodlesupport@hfcc.edu. Instructional Technology is located in Room 202 on the upper level of the campus library.
